Ordering online is very easy and covenient! My sister loved the floral arrangement I sent as a surprise. Though, I was first disappointed after seeing a picture of what she received; there were only a few roses in it compared to in the picture online (about 10) which is a bit deceiving. I understand substitutes are made to cover value. However, if the florist does not carry a particular flower advertised, such as spray roses as in the Deluxe arrangement I ordered (which increases the volume of the arrangement, they last longer too), it would be nice they update their photos or notify the customer. My experience with another busy floral shop has done so, called to inform. I've since seen the arrangement and it is quite lovely. My sister is happy with the arrangement and that makes me happy. Thank you.
